The information is collected to evaluate whether AB Investments wants to buy the property and to contact the person about it.

A submission is stored and reviewed by the business owner. The business owner contacts the person by phone about the enquiry.
Where the information goes
A submission is transmitted to and stored in a private system used by the business. This policy does not name the provider of that system.
Sharing
The information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers that operate systems on the business’s behalf, and where required by law.
How long records are kept
Records are retained for four years.
