When someone uses the property intake, the site collects:

• Phone number
• Optional email address
• Property address
• Answers about property type, size, part of town, ownership, condition, and price expectation

Why it is collected

The information is collected to evaluate whether AB Investments wants to buy the property and to contact the person about it.

How the information is used

A submission is stored and reviewed by the business owner. The business owner contacts the person by phone about the enquiry.

Where the information goes

A submission is transmitted to and stored in a private system used by the business. This policy does not name the provider of that system.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, and how you arrived at our site. This information is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta pixel on this website. It is a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. that tells us how people reach the site and whether they complete our intake form.

It records page visits and intake submissions, and it may pass a hashed version of contact details you enter, such as your name, email address or phone number, to Meta so that activity can be matched to a Meta account. We do not send Meta the answers you give in the intake form, your property address, or any information about your circumstances.

You can control how Meta uses this information in your Meta account settings under Ads. If you prefer not to be tracked, most browsers let you block third party cookies and scripts.

Sharing

The information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers that operate systems on the business’s behalf, and where required by law.

How long records are kept

Records are retained for four years.
